Regular Tuning - $120
Recommended time allotment: 1.5 – 2 hrs
Normal concert A-440 tuning with equal temperament, and minor maintenance/repair
Pitch Raise Package - $170
Recommended time allotment: 3 Hrs
Rough tuning to raise or lower the pitch of your piano by a margin greater than 20% of a half step, followed by a regular equal temperment tuning.
Consultation - $40
Recommended time allotment: .5 to 1 hr
Minimum service fee for a trip to inspect or assess, and answer any questions you might have about your piano’s condition.
Repairs - $40 per hour
Recommended time allotment: N/A
Any repairs necessary to restore the working function of the piano prior to a tuning, or any normally scheduled repairs will be billed at this rate.
DeepClean - $250
Recommended time allotment: 2 to 4 hrs
Have your piano professionally detailed. Dust and debris removed by vaccum and then all surfaces polished to restore your piano to a bright and clean appearance.
Piano Moving - $450 and up
Recommended time allotment: 1.5 hrs and up
Every piano deserves to be treated with the utmost care when being moved from one location to another. I’ve completed many piano repairs that were induced by a careless moving company. Take action to ensure your piano gets moved right by calling to schedule today.
Regulation - $700
Action pickup and drop-off
This in depth 12+ hour job will factory-reset all the moving parts of your piano’s action and restore the touch and after-touch to like-new operation.
Hammer Resurfacing and Voicing* - $300 to $500
Requires multiple appointments.
*A regulation must have already been completed or scheduled in conjunction with this repair
Hammer felt changes over time, and every so often needs to be treated with various methods to maintain optimal tone production. A consultation is required to ensure that I can ascertain what you are looking to accomplish with the sound of the piano before beginning adjustments.

Regular Maintenance discount - 15% off
Have your piano serviced regularly every 6 months and your bill will be automatically reduced by 15%. Discount expires 6 months from the date of your last tuning. (For example, last tuning was completed 05/14, discount expires 11/14) Discount may not be combined with other discounts.
